Scott Tapered Heel Anvil | 100 lb.

The Scott Tapered Heel Anvil features a wider face, full-size round horn, and compact body design compared to most other 100 lb anvils. The compact footprint keeps more mass directly under the face, helping this anvil work and feel like a much larger, heavier model. It is an excellent choice for both shop use and travel.

Much attention is given to the 4-3/8" × 9" round horn to ensure it is ground and finished symmetrically without ridges or flat spots. The tapered heel profile offers a useful transition area for drawing, shaping, and refining material, giving farriers and blacksmiths a versatile working surface.

All Scott anvils are poured in a Texas foundry using a proprietary ductile iron blend engineered for durability, toughness, and consistent performance. Each anvil is machined, heat treated, hand finished, and painted in Amarillo, Texas. Designed, tested, and used by Scott Collier.

Awesome anvil

Excellent anvil!!! Beefy wide face helps with larger pieces and heavier blows. Longer horn is a plus.
