🚚 SHIPPING – $10 Flat Rate Just Got Even Better

We're now offering UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for just $10 on most orders! That means fast delivery at one simple low rate.

What's Included in the $10 Flat Rate?

  • All items under 150 lbs. qualify.
  • Includes anvils, forges, horseshoes, tools, rasps—you name it.
  • No minimum or maximum: order one rasp or a whole pallet.
  • Order online, by phone, email, or text—$10 shipping still applies.
  • Most orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Typical delivery is 2 business days (not including the day it ships, weekends, or holidays).

Important UPS Transit Info

  • UPS transit times do not include the day it ships, weekends, or holidays.
  • Expedited orders placed after 3 PM Central Time may not ship the same day.
  • UPS Next Day Air does not include Saturday delivery unless specifically requested.

Oversized or Heavy Items

  • Bar stock, some anvil stands, and select forges/anvils may have a UPS oversize charge.
  • Oversize fees are listed on the item page—no surprises at checkout.

Need It Even Faster?

  • UPS Next Day Air and other shipping upgrades available at regular UPS rates.
  • Large or heavy orders may ship via freight if it’s more economical (at our discretion).

Wholesale Customers

Shipping fees are subject to change. Any special services (e.g. liftgate, residential delivery, scheduled appointments, or limited access) will be reflected on your final invoice. For the most accurate shipping quote, please contact us directly.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal (online only).
  • We also accept personal or business checks and money orders (items ship when payment clears).
  • No CODs.

📦 BACKORDERS

  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options or an ETA.
  • You can sign up for Out of Stock Notifications on the item page.
  • We’ve increased inventory levels and ordering frequency to reduce delays, but manufacturer backorders are still common.

🔄 RETURNS

  • Call us before sending anything back—we’re happy to help.
  • We include a return card with each order for faster processing.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of invoice.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • 15%+ restocking fee may apply.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Custom and special-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

🏷️ SALES TAX

We collect and remit sales tax for most U.S. states. If you’re tax-exempt, please provide your documentation before placing an order to avoid charges.

  • Thanksgiving & Black Friday

🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Not eligible for $10 Flat Rate Shipping.
  • Buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, and arranging a broker.
  • We’ll help find the best rates via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Ocean Freight.

For damaged shipments, we’ll need:

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)
  • A photo of the shipping box + label
