Pro Forge Gas Forge
The Pro Forge is a clean, fast-heating gas forge designed for professional farriers and blacksmiths who need reliable performance and efficient fuel use. Built with durability and real-world shop demands in mind, the Pro Forge delivers high heat quickly while remaining easy to weld in and operate.
Featuring cast iron doors that resist warping, hassle-free ignition, and innovative Twin Instachange Jets, the Pro Forge maintains consistent flame alignment even after cleaning or hearth plate changes. Its round design and advanced manufacturing process help ensure long-term durability, even during transport over rough roads.
Heating times range from approximately 2-1/2 to 4 minutes depending on shoe size, with operating temperatures reaching up to 2450°F. The Pro Forge comes complete with ignition, 8' hose, regulator, and pressure gauge, making it ready to work right out of the box.

Assembly Instructions
- Remove crown nuts from stud bolts on top of forge.
- Place burner on top of forge stud bolts.
- Replace crown nuts and tighten snugly using a 7/16" socket wrench.
- Attach other end of hose to shut off valve.
- Attach other end of the hose to regulator.
- Remove packing materials from inside forge.
- Materials include: Gauge, Handle, Igniter, and Bar Stock Support.
- Attach gauge to regulator.
- Attach handle to right side of door.
- Remove nut from igniter and insert igniter through bracket with ground wire facing down. Tighten snugly.
- Insert porcelain part of igniter in hole on back of burner. Using the threaded hole, insert Phillips screw tight. You are ready to ignite the forge.
Helpful Hint: If the forge fails to ignite after the first few attempts, remove the igniter and clip off approximately 1/16" from the silver tip of the prong, then re insert the igniter and ignite.
