FootPro Moisture Meter Because it has been proven that a "dry" foot helps with successful bonding of Vettec and other urethane products, we have added a moisture meter to our program. This is a simple device that gauges the percentage of moisture on the surface of the hoof. It is recommended the foot be at single digits – anything in double digits increases the odds of a bonding failure. This gauge includes the two AAA batteries needed to operate.
