The EDSS Steward Clog is a multi-directional leverage reduction shoe developed from the original wooden clog concept by Dr. Mike Steward. This composite brown original version is designed to provide stability, protection, and ease of movement while helping reduce leverage forces on the affected laminae.
The Steward Clog is commonly used when treating chronic laminitis and founder cases where support, protection, and adjustability are needed. Its composite design allows farriers and veterinarians to modify the clog for comfort, mobility, and leverage reduction throughout the shoeing cycle.
