Fletcher Forge FT-100 Dual Burner
The Fletcher Forge FT-100 Dual Burner was designed to be a simple, tough, and high performing propane forge. Built around reliable components and easy serviceability, it is engineered for consistent heat, efficient tuning, and practical maintenance for everyday shop work.
Heat
- Uses High Speed Linear Induction Jet Ejector burners to pull more air than a traditional venturi design.
- Produces a neutral flame for a cleaner, more efficient burn across the pressure range, especially at the top end.
- Adjustable choke for full tuning control.
- Gas jet assembly helps keep the jet aligned with the burner tube for consistent flame quality.
Simplicity
- Designed for reliability by reducing failure points where possible.
- Main body is made from only 3 parts with a minimal number of joints.
Durability
- Body is heavy duty steel and designed to be relined as many times as needed.
- Burners include their own expansion chamber and are designed to maintain flame quality as the liner wears.
Ease of Maintenance
- Gas jets are accessible without tools.
- To reline, remove the 4 external bolts holding the lid on.
- Door, burners, and plumbing remain attached to the lid for straightforward access.
- Consumable parts are designed to be replaceable quickly.
- Plumbing uses 1/4" NPT fittings.
- Lid bolts are standard hardware store bolts.
