6'' x 3/4'' Cotton Wheel This wheel requires the use of a buffing compound. The Cotton wheel has a 1/2'' arbor and fits our 1/4 h.p. Baldor buffer. Layered cotton sheets spiral sewn together. Used for final polishing of knife edges and tools. Typically used with WHITE or GREEN compound.
